this is adorable and my friend loved it this Christmas, fly in the ointment is that it wasn't bright red as I expected but an ickyish Campbell's tomato soup orange. what up?

This has been a durable mug. The orange ink color maybe isn't as bright as the picture indicates, but it is a good quality for a novelty mug like this. I purchased this as a gift, so I personally don't regularly use it. But I haven't noticed any problems with it at all. A good purchase for those coffee/tea-drinking Social Workers in your life!

Not sure what you can say about a mug, but got this for my wife (she's a social worker) and she laughed, and thought it was funny. Worth the money to put a smile on her face.Quality is great, came well packaged, and all in all was a good buy.
