Works very nice. I was pleasantly surprised. Too bad it does not burn longer...

The media could not be loaded.  The heavy cement makes it feel tabletop safe. I happened to have fire glass that I filled it with. I don't think I would use it without fire glass or some other fire safe medium to fill otherwise it's a container of loose liquid fuel. I use ethanol fireplace fuel rated for fire bowls inside and out.Also, I'd never use indoors no matter what the fuel promises. There is a tiny bit of smoke and odor that is dismissible when outside. I would not trust this indoors.Outside of all of that this is beautiful and a joy.

I was excited to have gotten this for Christmas. I opened it up to find nothing more than a pretty cement block that was hollowed out. No wick. No burning oil. Nothing. There weren’t even instructions!!! Promptly returned. Spend your money on something else.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is sturdy and fit nicely in my fireplace. We wanted to trade logs for a cleaner option. I added fire wool and fire lava rocks. Flames up great but it takes about a third of a bottle of 91percent alcohol to produce a lasting flame. It does not produce a lasting flame unless you use a lot.

So it’s portable but very heavy. You need to purchase the wicks to burn it. I am using lamp oil in mine. Seems to work ok. I was just a bit disappointed that when I received it, I opened it and found I couldn’t use it because I needed wicks. If you want it to be pretty like shown in photos, you’ll need to get rock or stones to place in it.

This was incredibly easy. bought it for someone as a gift and we were able to use it right away out of the box.

I like the fact that this small fire pit looks great on my table. My only problem is that the item did not have any instructions as to the fuel to use. I have to refer to the information on the Amazon listing

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the one with stones. Ended up getting smokeless/odorless fireplace fuel. Light from the side. Easy to put out.
