Even without using the adhesive yet it just works. Had to replace the threshold of garage man door last fall because of hauling carts with heavy blocks etc over it which broke down the top edge, so i'm hoping this will stop or mitigate that destruction. Definitely easier not to have to lift a heavy cart that one inch - i tried an inch ramp but turns out my garage to outside doorway is not precisely level but with this one the door clears it just fine. Before placing i flattened it with a couple containers overnight which made it lay perfectly flat and it fits the doorway width great. i do think placing adhesive on the approaching edge is a great idea i saw in another review and i plan to do that. I didn't notice any odor. It didn't slip when i brought the cart back in after taking it outside so it appears to be just fine. I think its heavy enough and not flimsy in any way. Couldn't be easier to flatten and place. Decent price to help go through the doorway with a cart which we do fairly often.

I have a sliding glass door between the kitchen and sun room. The bottom of the door is at the same level of the floors on either side, and people were tripping on the raised threshold. These strips are perfect for me. The rubber is easily cut to make the strips the correct length, and the height is perfect for the lip to sit on top of the door threshold. I put one in the kitchen and one in the sun room, and no one trips anymore. Obviously, the door has to be open to use the strips, so we remove them when not needed.

Very heavy and sturdy!! Very flexible as well. We installed with laminate glue and it doesn’t go anywhere. It looks exactly like the picture. Easy to install. The size is perfect and we just cut it with a sharp butcher knife. Held it down with weights for 24 hours

Easy to use and cut to size. Just what we needed for bathroom thresholds; one piece for both with a bit left over. Ends need a bit to stick down well. Can weight with books.

Is as ordered… nice heavy duty rubber won’t move around good for the Door Threshold makes wheelchair easy to roll over.

Great product! Served us well to make a slanted threshold in the doorway. Looks nice, too.
