This is an evolution of the idea of the draft stopper that eliminates the most annoying feature of these devices. In the other style you must reach down and move the stopper back into place after you have opened and closed the door for any reason. Of course, if it is an outside door that has always meant that when you are away from home the drafts would come in under the door until you returned home to replace it. This device takes care of that problem ensuring that your door is always draft free.This is easy to assemble and easy to place. The use of the lightweight styrofoam means that you haven’t added a lot of weight to opening and closing the door - particularly nice if someone using this is not as strong as they used to be. The other bonus is that you can remove the styrofoam and throw the cover in the washer if it gets dirty from the elements. The choice of covers is somewhat limited and it would be nice if there were a greater range of color/pattern options. You can adjust the size if your door is narrower by simply cutting the styrofoam shorter and folding over the cover. This is a simple and cost effective way to cut down on energy bills year round.

I ordered this to put on my apartment door to help with drafts but honestly smells. I have allergy issues & the smells of what other people are using in their apartments or in the hall come under the door & make me have allergic reactions. I had been using a blanket that I put there everyday. But then the blanket gets tripped on, has to get moved a lot, plus, my cats trying to roll around in it. I was looking for something to help solve these issues.This works fantastic! I measured my door first based on measurements in the description, it said it should fit. It does! It’s super easy to put together. Took me maybe 5mins, that’s only because of trimming the end piece to the proper fit & the end to close. Then I wiggled it under my door & it slid right on. Easy peasy!It’s 100% served its purpose! It is also prettier in person than I was expecting. It looks better than the photos. I recommend this product! I went to buy another one for my daughter’s bedroom door to help with sound at night.*It works*It Fits*Super easy installation!

This thing is not worth the price. It's a cheap material with 4 pieces of cheap Styrofoam inside that you have to put together yourself. It's not even as long as the door. I can't see this stopping any strong drafts or odors. I only paid the price I did for the design, but once I see how cheap it is in person, it's not even worth it for that. I also ordered the purple one from a different seller and it's the exact same thing. Besides being just as cheap, even the design was off. There was only ONE spot of purple on an otherwise black design with a little bit of blue. They got absolutely nothing right about that design and I will be returning it along with this one. Don't waste your money unless these butterflies fit the EXACT decor of your room and you only want them for decoration/aesthetics, not to actually to stop any drafts or odors. I would upload a pic, but the app is asking for too many permissions for my liking, so just take my word for it. I'll be looking elsewhere, asap

I ordered this because my rental house had a sizable hole in between the door and door frame. It does seem to cover the hole, however it also seemed to make it harder to shut the door all the way. The price is good, and it did make it less of a gap on the bottom of the door, so it has helped keep the cold out from the bottom of the door so it does do the job.

I opened it up and trimmed it to fit my door. The cover is adjustable using velcro so the excess is easy to fit once you trim the inner tubes. I'll be ordering more of these because they stop the draft!

When we replaced the carpeting with hardwood floors, it left the room doors with extra space beneath them. I decided to give this double sided draft stopper a try to help with noise and light reduction and added privacy for the guest room. It works perfectly.Styrofoam batons fit into the sturdy fabric sleeves very snuggly so there’s no shifting around or floppy excess fabric. After measuring, you cut the styrofoam to match the width of the door opening for a perfect fit. To close it up just fold the open end over the top and slide the whole thing under the door. That’s it, you’re done. Until you remove it, this ‘draft stopper’ will stay with the door, sliding along with it when opening or closing. When necessary, the batons can be removed and the cover laundered.My only negative is that it’s not offered in more colors, both solids and patterns.
