The tool itself is o/k when it can be used, the problem I've got is that the battery charging dock is very poorly manufactured and the the battery contacts broke off within six months of using. This happened at the same time as the charger failed. It took me a long time to find a compatible charger and when I tried to get a replacement Dock Ferm just do not want to know.There are no ferm stockists in the UK and Ferm customer support (ha,ha) in the Netherlands will not respond to e.mails or phone calls. All their website tells you when you go into customer support is get the company who sold it to you to sort it. "Try doing that through Amazon"So now I've got a multitool that works but I can't charge therefore it's unusable, a totally ridiculous and frustrating situation to be in.Should have listened to the alarm bells when I saw that nearly all but two of the reviews were either German, Dutch, or FrenchRecommend that you stay away from this product if you live in the UK.

Seems like a good product...however i wish the fact it used a European plug was a bit more obvious whrn buying!!!!...not very convenient for the UK!!!

Upon receipt of this item, supplied by ishop247, I found that the power unit was incompatible with the battery docking station; consequently I was unable to use the tool and returned it.The returns process was labourious, time consuming and costly, ishop247 refusing to reimburse my full costs of postage; Amazon finally reimbursed me for the full cost of postage directly, to resolve the issue.

Veramente un ottimo prodotto, ho riscontrato un piccolo problema ma amazon ha saputo risolverlo in tempi record, prodotto molto versatile e con batterie compatibili con altri prodotti utili per fai-da-te e hobbystica

Bien si esta totalmente cargada la bateria, pero a poco que se va descargando pierde fuerza, donde mas se nota es en el corte, en lijado te puede dar igual. Lo que es la herramienta en si se ve de calidad, no es la tipica marca china

Die Leistung des kräftigen Motors kann über 6 Stufen reguliert werden. Das Gerät ist vielseitig einsetzbar, es kann zum Schleifen, Sägen und zum Spachteln/Schaben verwendet werden.Der Lithium-Ionen-Akku ist in rund 4 Stunden vollständig aufgeladen. Danach kann das Gerät bis zu 60 Minuten betrieben werden, je nach Einsatzgebiet und Motordrehzahl. Für ein Akkugerät ist das eine sehr lange Laufzeit, die für den Einsatz im Heimwerker-Bereich völlig ausreichend ist. Ein Zweitakku ist daher nur bei einer sehr intensiven Nutzung notwendig.Im Zubehör enthalten sind ein Schleifteller mit Klettsohle und drei Stück Schleifpapier in den Körnungen 80, 120 und 180. Außerdem enthalten sind ein halbrundes Sägemesser, ein Stoßsägemesser und ein Schab-/ Spachtelmesser. Die Werkzeuge werden mit einer Inbusschraube am Gerät befestigt, ein entsprechender Sechskantschlüssel ist in der Ausstattung enthalten. Es handelt sich um ein Universalanschluss, sodass es mit allen gängigen oszillierenden Werkzeugzubehörteilen kompatibel ist. Der Werkzeugwechsel mittels Schraube ist zwar etwas zeitaufwendig und nicht gerade Stand der Technik, andere Geräte verfügen bereits über Schnellspannverschlüsse, dennoch erfüllt er zuverlässig sein Zweck.Alles in allem ist das Ferm Multitool ein handliches, leistungsfähiges und vielseitig einsetzbares Werkzeug. Die Material- und Verarbeitungsqualität hinterlassen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich als angemessen, man erhält ein europäisches Markengerät, das allerdings in China produziert wurde, für vergleichsweise wenig Geld.
