Review: The cords on this set of grow lights are long enough to separate and cover 4 different shelves. - I love this set of grow lights! I was looking specifically for the light bar that had a high Kelvin rating as well as at least 4 bars. I was able to find this one which has worked perfectly for growing my plants from seed. I love that the cord is long enough to be able to separate them for each of my shelves. The timer is great because I don't have to worry about remembering to turn them on or off. While I started out using the zip ties to tie the bars to the shelves, I realized I needed to have the light closer to each of my containers of plants. So, I had to remove the ties and came up with an alternate solution which works just as well. I wish the lights were a bit longer in length, but the price was great, and it works for my first attempt at growing seeds inside. My peas started growing before the lights came in, but now with this light, they now have outgrown the pots! Since they are LED lights, they're cool to the touch, and I don't have to worry about them putting off any excess heat and melting my lids.
