It works but I have to wear it backwards. So far it has held well with doing sets of 15-20 at 10lbs. Some people wear a toboggan to keep it from rubbing their ears. I get too hot when exercising so I wear it backwards.

Not a good design. Only one adjustment can be made, making it not a product that can be used by everyone. I tried using it in different ways and positions, but it was impossible to make it work after the third repetition. It will just slide down to my eye level making it not only uncomfortable but also imposible to continue the exercise. It also lacks any instructional manual or any guidance to assure the intended use. I recommend to spend additional money on a product with better design features.
