**Q: Does it have weight at the bottom? Does it stay still when pulling toilet paper out?**
A: No weight in bottom. I use mine for Kleenex and it is fine doesn't move.

**Q: Bought 2, u,s. made one worked great. other one, made overseas, was bad: snagged/shredded everything. had to trash it. where are these pots made?**
A: Not sure where they are made but I have never had any problem with them at all.
