This had good reviews and looked quite sturdy. Nothing more annoying than wobbly phone holders or ones which fall off. I was sceptical about it being able to suction onto dash, most are textured like mine is, but not bothered because I always used windscreen before. Extremely impressed that it has stuck fast to the dash, and looks like it would pull the top off before falling off, so I have left it there. Very impressive suction cup material. Minimal vibration when driving, and easy to adjust. Smooth action clamping and releasing phone. Can't comment on air vent clamp, won't fit the fine grill on a Saab. But don't care, never liked the idea of vent ones anyway. Well worth the money so far, time will tell how it survives sun and cold. EDIT. Has now survived 2 summers and winters. Car parked outside in full sun all year. Never remove the mounting. Has survived sun, cold, heat and damp. Suction cup still fine, not dissolved like cheapo ones. Have only needed to re-attach 2 or 3 time in 2 years. Very impressed.

Overall this is a good product and it is easy to install and use and it is very adaptable. It comes with a sticky adhesive pad to stick to a dash that is rippled or a non flat surface as well as the suction cup. So far it's been a very good product. However we have only had the product and couple of days the plastic nut that holds the main phone holder broke, and the product became pretty much useless. The issue is the plastic nut it very weak where the grips on the outside go in and the material at this point is very thin. This is actually problem with these devices overall. I have fixed this by putting a Jubilee clip around the nut and that stops the split from opening and the main phone holder no longer flops about. I'm giving this a 4* because of the plastic nut issue and that affects it's robustness. Other than that it's a good product.

Excellent phone holder, easy fitting and delivered quickly

Have used this for over a year and it has never come unstuck. Holds phone firmly. Has a slot so phone can be charged while in the cradle. Good amount of swivel and can be extended for perfect positioning.

It came with an adhesive black disk to place on dashboard which you would then put the holder onto. However this just fell off without even putting my phone in the holder. I have now removed the adhesive pad and stuck the holder onto dash board straight on just using the sucker system. This seems to be working however the air vent system is not compatible with the type of vents my car has. I would recommend not even using the adhesive pad, doesn't even show them on the video of how to install so seems pretty useless.

I've been using mine almost daily for 18 months with no issues. It's so effective that I purchased another for my mother for Christmas. It sticks well using a sticky pad and a suction mechanism and when it does eventually come unstuck (roughly every 4 months) I just re-apply the suction and it's good again. Great value for money, easily adjusted and you can use it portrait or landscape which is great for watching things on your phone when you're parked up somewhere!

Great design , easy to install

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to fit, very flexible and just a clever little thing. After a year of intensive use and after having switched it over to another car it's still going as strong as when it was brand new. Holds the phone firmly in place, easily adjustable, suction cup is strong enough to lift the earth it feels like. Great value. Should it break I'd not hesitate to buy another one. But honestly, I'm expecting it to survive us all.

Have had this phone mount for almost a year now,no problems to share well made ,durable and easy to secure phone in and to take phone out, push of a button to release. Sticks well to dash ,windshield (doesn't fall off) and vent mount locks in nice and tight with no moving around. For the price you cant go wrong. Highly recommend if you do a lot traveling
