Expensive but worth it - they look and feel fabulous up

A bit pricey, I bought the 66x72 white version, which is actually more ivory in colour not white, as you will see from pic against a white pillow slip. I did keep them as I required them urgently. They feel like velvet on front & ironed ok on the patterned side, I was worried the silver diagonal lines might melt, but they were fine. They do keep out the light. It states on the label washable at 30 degrees, also dry clean. Have them a 4 star due to colour issue & not sure how they will wash.

£59.99 ( at the time of review ) for 2 panels of 46" x 72" might sound a bit on the expensive side, but I think they are well worth it.The large top rings slip easily over the curtain pole and make opening and shutting very smooth.At around 2kg these are lighter than similar blackout curtains I've used before so did wonder about their effectiveness.I should not have worried, the curtains provide near enough 100% blackout. I know it might not look like it from my photo, but the rail is not really close enough to do a blackout and I could have spent more time arranging the curtain.The photo was taken in bright sunlight direct at the window. The little bits of light ( other than round the edges ) was just from my room. Looking through the curtain up close no light gets through.Overall I have no problem recommending them

after washing, the color falls off catastrophically

The curtains are of good quality and better than expected. It has a good finish with good seams and the fabric looks of good quality.I placed them in the living room and they look lovely and make it look more elegant. The colour and design look better in person. I also like that they are blackout and that the curtains have a good temperature for winter or summer.They are velvet and feel soft to the touch. They are currently priced at £59.99 and are good value for money.

I actually really like these, I got the light grey with the gold foiled zig zags. I wasn’t sure they would fit in my room but they actually look really nice. The gold foiling reflects light as well which look novel at night with the TV/lamp on.They are of a nice thick quality but they are no where near as heavy as my previous black out curtains. The ring tops are sewn in well and just glide over the curtain pole. I much prefer ring topos to traditional curtain rings. The only thing I would mention is that the blackout backing seems to be on a plastic type material, it doesn’t feel like cloth and the curtains are a little stiff because of that, I also wonder how they will wash with that type of backing. They do black out all the light as well.Overall I would recommend.

I needed some new blackout curtains and these fit the bill. Right size for my windows.Well made and a great feel. Kept out the light and bedroom was nice and dark. I have a street light outside and its a pain so need a nice dark set of curtains.Gets 5-5. Recommended.
