Had fire place delivered didn't really have the chance to look at it out of the box as it was delivered damaged. However after contacting the company they were very reassuring and helpful and sent me a replacement within a week.The company were very quick to provide a solution especially Yanni who kept in regular contact with me. I have now received the replacement and it looks very nice good value for money.Great company.

It looks great in the living room, very cosy. However, my 3 stars are for the following reasons:1. I received a piece of paper as "instructions", and it does not teach you how to use it at all. I am still trying to figure out some things.2. When you press on, it only shows the time, so you need to press on again to turn the "flames" on. A bit disappointing, because I connected it to Alexa, and Alexa can only turn it on once, therefore up to the clock.3. I tried to get in touch with the vendor, but no response after 2 weeks.4. This one is just informative only. It has LED lights on the sides, but if you decide to put it recessed into the wall, bear in mind those lights will be covered.To sum up, the product looks nice, and the fittings are good (I changed mine as my wall has PB instead of brick. Not good instructions, not good customer service. It heats up well. No chance to make it work with Alexa. If anyone knows how to, please advise.Regards.

Great item very pleased, easy to use, the remote is an added bonus. Able to set at a required room temperature so it will turn off when that has been reached. Not too noisy, good heat output

This electric fire is noisy and badly designed if you install it into a wall you will block the air intakes and the fire will overheat in my opinion as an electrician it is dangerous to sell this fire as a fire to be installed in a wall,Also to return an item to this bad seller is a nightmare I got my money back from Amazon, my advice is steer clear of the seller.Regards Mike

It's a big fire and it's nice but unfortunately they was a chip on the top left corner of the glass which they would not replace it because they said would cost too much to send back,but offer us£20 back,will not order anything from this company again
