Great little NFC tags.
I really like the fact that they didn't try adding some kind of adhesive backing to one side because those almost never stay put for very long. Also got to say I really like the fact that it's cased in a very heavy duty PVC housing that's just a bit smaller then a US quarter and it very thin. As you can see in the first picture I have use a bit of packing tape to mount it where my phone will be able to see it every time I put my phone in the wireless charger holder. Before you ask why would you do that it's because I can use Tasker or in this case NFC Tools pro with there action addon so that when I place my phone down and the screen is unlocked it will just pop open the WiFi mini screen and let me turn the WiFi off as I don't want my phone on my home Internet connection as it's much slower then my phone's Internet connection is. Also they are great for handing out to people that you would like to give one time access to your home and you have one those Smart locks that does have NFC then you can set it up to use whatever you put on that tag to open the lock the one time or how ever many times you like. But once thing to note due to the very limited amount of storage on the tags it's best to not try to add to much as I found just adding a URL link wouldn't work right it only can store max a 15 character sting and the spaces do count. Out that one limit they are great for the price and the over all wearability of them for doing like home automation kind stuff. Can't go wrong with them and again because they are completely smooth on both sides you can choose how you want to mount them and sharpie works very well at leaving marks on them I just use a place that will mass print a street of very think PVC stickers that you can buy and add custom stuff on each side for a 30 bucks.

NFC Tags
Programmable and so far, error-free. Look up tips on what to use NFC tags for to automate certain processes in your life. These were a great value for the price.

Excellent Value in Programmable NFC Tags
These Near Field Communication tags allow NFC-enabled devices to read them for a variety of purposes. I used a readily available free program on my iPhone to program the tags. My main uses are to provide NFC scans to go to specific URLs and to provide automatic WiFi setup. I 3D print or laser cut a holder/stand with labeling to indicate where to set the phone and embed the tag on the underside. The WiFi setup works fine on Android devices but not iOS/Apple devices. Some research shows that this is a current limitation in Apple's implementation of NFC and not a problem with the tags.Searching for "NFC Tools" in Apps on iOS will show a number of tools able to read and write these tags. These are an excellent value and have worked well for everything I have tried and any limitations traced back to things unrelated to the tags.

Cheap, small, easy to program
First of all: These NFC coins come with no instructions. Absolutely none. What you see is what oyu get: a bunch of NFC chips in a small PVC coin, that's it.You'll need software and an NFC-capable smartphone to program them. I use the free iOS app called NFC Tools, but there are plenty of other apps out there. The coins themselves are shiny white. Marking them is a challenge. You can't laser engrave PVC, at least not if you have a morbid fear of dying; laser engraving will generate chlorine gas and hydrochloric acid, which will ruin your engraver but also kill you so you won't fret overmuch about ruining your engraver. You can engrave them with a CNC machine, and I did, but the shiny whiteness of the shiny white PVC makes the engraving almost invisible. You can try marking or painting, but good luck finding anything that sticks to PVC. Stickers are probably your best bet if you want to mark these. On the good side, once oyu have a programming app they're super-easy to program and they work well. You can also drill holes in them and use them to make jewelry or tags and such, as long as you're really careful not to drill the chip or antenna (protip, shine a bright LED flashlight through the coin and oyu can see exactly where the chip and antenna are). You get what you see but ONLY what you see. As long as you're comfortable not having an instruction book to hold your hand, they're great.

Thicker and hardier for outdoor use
I use these for things that need to be outdoors due to their thicker plastic and hardier nature. This could be anything from something that is permanently outdoors or things that need to go in and out often and the paper tags would not last.

Work as expected
I've used these for multiple projects and I haven't any issues so far. They've worked for phone tags for home automation and the few amiibos I have made.

They're NFC tags & they work
Not much to report here, if you have a cool use, they'll do.

Easy as can be
Bought to use for device tagging around my office, but will also probably do some amiibo stuff as well given how many of these came in the pack.Wasn't sure how easy they were going to be to write out or whether there would be issues reading them from my phone, but so far I haven't had any issues! Still trying to think of some off-the-wall opportunities to use them in, home-automation and lazy tasking stuff. But so far I've been happy with these for my purposes.
