This thing has been so good for my swing. I take 15-20 swings a day, and before each round also 15-20 swings. I use it to stretch my back with twists and turns as well. I golf 36 holes a week, two leagues. Since I started using this swing trainer I’ve gone from a 15 handicap to a 10. Never thought it would help me see low 80’s. Most of the fellas in my golf leagues that carry ones paid $100+ for the orange one. It’s the best money I’ve spent all year. No regrets. It also helped a lot with my drives. A little bit more distance, but more importantly, I’m much more consistent hitting fairways.

I absolutely recommend this swing training tool. I’ve been struggling to hit my driver well recently, and after less than 48 hours of training, I went to the driving range and hit some of the best drives I’ve ever hit in my life. My tempo is better, my swing is faster, my contact is more solid, and my balls are flying straight, and far. I absolutely recommend this to help you groove a swing that you can replicate... 5 stars... can’t wait to keep using it and getting better!

EDIT: on Day two the grip started sliding off the fiberglass shaft... Pulled it apart before the head went flying. Now I can see that the grip is molded with a sleeve of some sort inside to try to bring the diameter up to size. At least now I can reinstall the grip with some double-sided grip tape instead of the minimal rubber cement that was on there. If you’re gonna swing this for speed drills — check that grip!I’ve seen the Orange Whip for years and swung one a time or too, but always thought it was kind of a gimmick. Well my wife and kids are learning to play and my wife especially has a very long backswing and her tempo is often waaaay off. So I looked at the regular whip and said no-way to $109 and this came up at half the price and had decent reviews. There are others cheaper than this one, but people complained about the grip coming off on them. No idea if this will have the problem, but I will make two comments:1) This grip is very small in diameter. It’s like a youth size and even smaller than on my wife’s clubs. So it’s small for anyone that plays with a normal men’s grip or a midsize.2) I’d originally dismissed the all the questions about how to get a larger grip as newbies to golf since most of us that have played a while know that regripping a club is normally pretty simple with some double-sided tape and solvent, but if you look at the attached pic you’ll see that this not a normal diameter shaft. It’s a. Thin piece of fiberglass with a vinyl covering over it. Not real sure of what the grip is secured too.... I’m guessing there’s a sleeve under the grip that would receive a regular grip, but just not ready to dive into that yet.Works fine. It’s whippier than I expected and I’m not sure that everyone really pauses at the top of the swing. I know I’ve always had a pretty quick transition and have seen shaft flex at the top with my real clubs, but it’ll probably help remind me to slow down an “wait on it” as my dad used to say. Definitely will help my wife with extension and getting less handsy/so deep with her backswing (I wish I had that Yoga flexibility...)

This has helped groove my golf swing. I'm 68 years old and have shot rounds of 76, 77, and 78 from the regular men's tees since purchasing the Balight. I could shoot in the 70's before, but I am more consistent now. I highly recommend getting one if you want to improve your game. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help with how to best utilize it. Many of them are for the Orange Whip, but you can still use the same principles.

I started playing golf late in life and my swing was very stiff because the flexibility in my trunk was poor. I try to use this a feww times a week like part of my workout routine. Over time it has opened up my swing, and strengthened my torso so I dont get sore after a round of golf like I used to. I consider it the most important single club in my bag.

This golf tool helps me warm up my old joints before going to the course. Its weight and size are similar to the name brand version while you save money. I think it’s a great value. I’m six foot and the size is perfect. The grip is still good after a year of use which tells me it’s well built. I’m able to swing with better speed after using. Recommended.

Great product, works well to increase range of motion.So I cut the grip off before realizing it “can’t be regripped”. With some work it can certainly be done.With the grip off, I wrapped a piece of grip tape around the fiberglass rod. I’m not sure if the tape was necessary or not. I then put gorilla glue on the fiberglass rod and slid a piece of 3/8 in PEX piping over the rod. Let it dry for a day or so, good to go. Threw 5-6 pieces of grip tape on it, progressively thicker towards the end. New grip on it like a regular club and it’s been good to go!

Best aid out there for learning tempo and understanding the engineering of the golf club.Must change grip is the only downfall, it is a junior size grip default. (could be something I missed in order selection, beware)

Great for warmup and to increase swing speed

Having tried the Sklz 48” trainer, this one seems a bit more flexible and ultimately easier to continuously swing. It was rated above the Sklz, and this could be why. Looking forward to it helping my golf score. Fingers crossed.
