I've been trying out this supplement for a few weeks now, drawn in by the convenience of getting 11 amino acids in a single pill. The tablets are tasteless and easy to swallow, ticking the boxes for simplicity and comfort. One day, maybe I’ll learn not to buy supplements off Amazon. 9 times out of 10, the products don’t work and this is no exception. I realize that you can’t really “feel” if these are working or not but I’ve taken Aminos before and noticed a slight energy increase, decreased hunger and better digestion. I noticed NONE of these with this brand. *EDIT* I originally rated this item 2 stars for the above reasons and my opinion on the product itself hasn’t changed, however, the seller was nice enough to offer me a full refund so I’m bumping the review up to 3 stars.

Good products, fair price!!

I got this because I wanted to supplement the amino acids from my preworkouts with something a bit more substantial. Even after a few days, I definitely feel more alive and energized to go about my day. I will say that I do regularly work out, so the effect might not be the same for everyone, but it has noticeably improved my focus and recovery. A few things I'm not a huge fan of... One is that the pills are hard pills and not easily dissolvable capsules. On top of that, each serving is 4 pills and it's suggested up to 3 servings a day. Quite a bit if you ask me. So far, I've only used it once in the morning, and once before my workout and it's still plenty.

This tablet gives you 11 amino acids in one pill. Amino acids help in the building of muscle tissue and a required for many bodily functions. This is a great mixture of some of the most needed amino acids. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow. There is 120 in this bottle and a very good price. They are non-GMO, keto friendly and vegan. There is no filler and has an organic cover on each pill. Really good combination.

If you don't know about the benefits of Amino Acids then stop now and do some research as they are very important to your health and come in many forms. With that said, this Amino format is good in Amino content and potency, but comes in tablet form which for some who take a lot of Amino supplements would not prefer. Personally I prefer it in a powder format to add to my drinks taken before, during, after a workout. But at times where you may just want to take a little Amino boost this can be a convenient alternative in tablet form. But that again also makes it a more costly way to take your Amina’s over bulk powder form. So you have to factor all that into your purchase needs for occasional consumption convenience over price as a serving size of these is 4 Tablets where most people who work out will take far more than that for a long work out session. But again this is a no mess, easy to take way of getting your very important Amines and anyway you take them is better than not taking them at all.

Okay, so I did notice a slight boost in my energy levels and recovery times after workouts but not as much as I had really hoped for. It's a decent supplement but I think that I'll probably keep looking for something that gives me more noticeable results that I desire. Everybody's body is different though and what may not be as effective for me may do wonders for someone else.
