Beef, salmon, sweet potatoes, and blueberries are higher up on the list. It's a really good blend of ingredients, and it still somehow tastes like really good chocolate cake.Description: Easy to chew solid bars that are lightweight on the stomach. I ate two with a sandwich and chips, and didn't feel any bloating or inflammation or whatever.
