Love it! It is the most reliable support for your sore tendons, joints and muscles.I have used all different brands of Kinesiology Tapes which in comparison to the Leukotape, was of minimal support and more likely to irritate, leave blisters or tear your skin off.You must have the roll of (Cover Roll Tape) as the 1st layer skin protective: White Adhesive Cover tape on your skin before applying the Strong-bound Leukotape onto it, it feels like a soft cast, holds firm and allows free-movements and can alleviate the pain if you apply it correctly.Best thing about it, is its similar to the Kinesiology tape is that it can also stay on your skin for up to a few days, dries fast as it is waterproof and breathable for the healthy skin no open wounds.It does take a little time applying it, as you must be very careful not to have the tenacious Leukotape adhese directly onto your skin.
