Life changing
This time last year I was at the doctor going over my options to freeze or burn the lining in my uterus because my bleeding was so bad. Talking to my chiropractor and she recommended me this product. It has changed my life!! My periods are regular and the bleeding has been reduced by 60% in about 8 months. I highly recommend to anyone struggling with heavy bleeding.

Seems to work so far
Got these to give a try since I have reached an age where I tend to feel more tired and hormonal. So far I cannot tell a big difference but I do feel less tired. I don't know if this is the product or a placebo effect but either way, it appears to make at least a slight difference. The suggested serving is 3 capsules per day and they are not small. I can't take them all at once but I do try to take them fairly close together. The outer capsule doesn't get stuck in my throat and they seem to go down ok, it's just a lot to take all at once. These come in a bag versus a bottle but the bag does reseal fairly well so I am not worried about them falling out and it takes up less space. So far I would say that I would recommend them but if something changes, I will update.

Broken
I have been taking these for months and at first were loving them. I’m not sure what happened but the past few times I’ve gotten them. They come with numerous broken and open capsules all through the bag. It’s a little disappointing.

Good supplement
Started taking these as a supplement and not a necessity. I feel my hormones are more leveled and my mood is overall improved.

Love this product so far! Going to take it for a few months to really get the full effect but so far it’s great. I like that it’s 3 capsules as most other brands are 4-6 so the less the better!

Packaging needs improving
I haven’t yet tried the pills, so I can’t speak to efficacy at the moment. However, I would like to share that the current packaging does not keep the capsules in tact. As you can see from the photo, pills will break open and you will be left with a dusty mess and less useable product than stated on the packaging.
