I'll never go back to using stock silicone tips that come with IEM's and wireless ear buds.
bought these to put on my 7hz salnotes zero and zero 2 IEM's (so far I've only tested the regular Zero). I was having issues with chaffing on a regular pair of JLab M silicone tips that made me switch to their small cloud foam tips, this changed the sound profile a bit by reducing treble just slightly, but those being foam it also made a better deal which helped the bass a bit on those which sit a little back in the sub-bass area (regular zero lack that thump due to a more analytical tuning). So, I wanted to give silicone tips a try again and came across these, the medical grade silicone is soft but sticky and makes for a great seal in the ear, I haven't felt any itching or chaffing so far after a few hours, so I can so far say that the regular silicone tips I used before are no longer going to be put on anything ..in fact I'm gonna replace the tips on my wireless earbuds with these too. The size runs a size bigger, normally with skullcandy or JLab I was using the Medium tip, but with these the MS (medium small) were just about the same fit as those. I might actually get the small because my IEMs don't sit flush against my ears and those would most likely fit a little deeper like the cloud foam tips did for me. As for sound ..my 7hz salnotes zero IEM is a neutral balanced tuning, with the foam tips I can tell the highs were slightly lower and some details in certain sibilant areas didn't sound as sparkly as they should given the tuning, the foam seal helped the bass a bit though. Now for the W1. These not only brought out more clarity in the balanced tone, but it upped the low end a bit where it was brought a little bit forward and wasn't lost or masked while retaining it's set tuning, In fact the bass seems present and tight but not boomy (don't expect a punch from the low end here) which is what you want in a neutral balanced set the mids were nice, clear and kept the balance of the intended tuning, the highs also retained sparkle that was originally rolled off with the foam tips. So in the highs I could hear the faint details from before a little more, but it's not overly sharp. Putting them on is a little tricky at first, they're a tight fit but secure well onto the stem, though I probably would make these permanent on the IEM's I put them on, each one would respectively stay on the ones i put them on, as I heard about these loosening if put on stems with wider diameters and then being too loose on smaller diameter driver stems. The soundstage is a bit more open, I can tell more separation between instruments too. Overall, these tips are great, I may purchase more in MS and S for my Zero 2 and my wireless earbuds.

Just works!
The **SpinFit W1** ear tips are easily one of the best upgrades you can make for your IEMs. They’re super comfortable and the flexible design helps them fit naturally in your ears, which makes a big difference for long listening sessions. The seal is excellent, giving you better bass and overall clarity without messing with the sound too much. They also stay in place really well. Simple upgrade, big improvement.

Very nice!
They stay seated in the ear very well with a nice sound-seal and are aesthetic, but the “stickiness” makes them slightly more difficult to get in when constantly standing up and sitting down at a desk when compared to others like divinus velvet. Overall high quality.

Comfortable and grippy, but sadly only in one ear
I have generally smaller ears, with the right ear canal smaller/narrower. I typically go from 10.4-11.2mm on the right ear and 10.6-11.5mm on the left ear. I've tried many eartips like the Velvet narrow and wide bores, Dunu S&S, Azla Origin, etc. All my eartips are tested on the Kiwi Ears Septet (my main IEMs) and the LAN II Ref. On the LAN II Ref, it was comfortable and felt very nice and secure in my ears. On the Septet, for my right ear, due to the more sensitive canal, using the smallest SS (11mm) size, the harder silicone in the middle seemed to irritate it and caused fatigue consistently after ~2 hours of use and needing at least an hour of rest. My left ear was perfectly fine and they felt amazing there. TMI but I have wetter wax and my canal heats up easily, just pushing the tips into my ear would have them lose their grip, but inserting the eartips with the ear pull method (hold the top back of ear and pull up and back slightly to open up the canal) and I was able to eat easily and not have to readjust the eartips back into my ear. Although the eartips themselves I'd give a 4 due to them hurting my right ear and being a little expensive, I'm giving them a 5 instead due SpinFit's customer support being really helpful and professional! On a separate note, what ended up working for me instead was their SpinFit NEO, they're more comfortable, subjectively produced a nicer sound profile for my ears, and hasn't caused my right ear any fatigue in both my IEMs, especially the Septet that's harder to keep comfortable due to its bulky size.

Comfortable with good longevity to keep you listening longer.
I have several pairs of these on multiple pairs of IEM’s and like them very much. Find that while the seal for getting the best sound and noise isolation is not as good as foam Comply tips they are good and much easier to keep clean/disinfect and are much longer and better wearing. I do recommend these and plan to continue ordering these in the different sizes as I need them. Whilevthey’re a little bit expensive. I think that they are worth it and have really found very few issues with them as far as once they are properly fitted having them come off of any of my IMs and getting stuck my ear canals where they don’t belong or anything like that. They are also pretty comfortable for quite long listening sessions for the most part so I’m also happy with that. Would be nice if they were a little bit more cushioned but I also understand why that may not be possible. But I regularly go several hours with the in my ears without major discomfort issues. I’m not sure how these would be if you are using them on IEM’s underneath hot stage lights while doing a lot of active movement because this is a scenario I have yet tried with these. I also am a fan of these because I discovered that I am allergic to a lot of of the different ear tips on the market and have not had the same issues with these.

Snug fit and stays in place. Non irritating medical grade material for sensitive ears.
I am going to rate these personally in 2 categories. Fit/Comfort and Sound. DO NOT CLEAN WITH ALCOHOL. It will 100% ruin the surface of these and any silicone ear tips. Only soap and water like the manufacture states. Fit/Comfort: These are compatible with my Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro. They do not fit my Alpha and Delta ks3 correctly has the bore length is to short. That causes extra pressure in the ear and that pops my right ear inserting the IEM. I am going to try the omni on those. I have tried all kinds of tips. Sizes and materials. I used to like foams. Then I got tired of replacing them. Quality of the foams also vary drastically from brands. They also started to irritate my right ear which I have issues with. Only 1 brand of foams do not irritate my ear. I looked for years for tips that fit and do not irritate. These are THEM! I have a tiny ear canal. So these SS(11mmx9.5mm) fit perfectly and they hold tightly. These are sticky and super soft. 100% med grade silicone. I can finally use my IEMs longer then 20min. You need to figure out which size you are and if they fit your IEM correctly. Do not only consider bore size and tip size, Consider also the bore length of how much it sticks out. If you do not you will waste a lot of money on these tips. They are worth the money because I have never felt this comfort before. Thank you spin fit! I will put pictures of the fit of the KZ vs the AD iems. Sound: So this correlates to the seal of the tip. The better the seal to the ear the better the sound frequency It outputs. On the KZ they increased the bass and details on highs. The AD KS3 did the opposite. It decreased the bass and details. This correlates to the fit. This is not the Tips fault, It is the fault of the buyer for not buying the correct tip size bore length. Not the overall length. The length of where the tip attaches to the IEM. If I did not own 2 different IEM's I would have never known this fact. Overall they deliver. If you get a better fit you get the most out of the IEM's period. For me these are the best silicone tips I have tried. So I give them a 5/5.

Average at best for me...
What's the fuss about the SpinFit W1's? I prefer the smaller size ear tips and I have to say that these do not sound better than the OEM tips that came with my IEM's. First of all, the bore size for the tips were not true to fit like was stated in the description. I had to literally force the tips onto the IEM's when testing them out. Secondly, they are very tacky to the touch and there is not much room for adjustment because of the tackiness of the tips. You get a good seal, but I did not find them to better then some OEM tips. As for the sound. I did not prefer them over the OEM tips for the CrinEar Daybreak's or the Senn. IE600's. The Daybreak tips have more clear and wider soundstage, bass, and treble. I can hear finer details and a more open soundstage with the OEM tips. I tried the AZLA SednaEarFit Light tips on the Daybreak and got the same thing. The OEM tips sound better. I also did a comparison between the SpinFit W1's and the AZLA's with the IE600. The SpinFit's fit the IE600's better, but their sound was no better than the AZLA's on the IE600's. The main difference between the two was in the low end of the sound. The SpinFit's seem to muffle or hide finer details in the low end of the sound. The AZLA's are slightly better, but not by much. I wound up using the SpinFit's on a pair of Sony earbuds that I rarely use. Too much trouble to return them, I guess. LOL. For their price, I guess I expected a little better. However, I personally would not recommend them based on the fit and price. Your mileage may vary. Peace.

Best to keep IER-Z1R in ears
Yep, these are best, and help keeping huge Z1Rs in years, while working out, etc. Other tips even by same brand have thicker silicon, which can be argued provides a little better seal, but the downside is they are more "springy" causing them to slip out of ears with time. This are gentler, and thinner, they fixate in ears well, seal years ok too - if chosen large enough size. In summary I have spent hundreds of $$ on various tips to help keep behemoth Z1Rs in ears, this are best, because I rotate my entire stock few times and these are the ones. The downside of these is I still am trying to narrow down why happened what happened, but I used Isopropyl alcohol to clean these once in 2 weeks, and after each use they became larger - I know strange, maybe some property of this particular silicon formula. But I suspected this already when was about to clean them last time, - so I think that is it - if you leak alcohol onto inside ring, the ring becomes wider, so much that it is now completely out of size and cannot stay attached to IEMs anymore. This downside means I need to reorder these periodically, or if I prove it is because of alcohol, I may try soap and water instead and see how it goes with that. Because otherwise spending $9 every 2 months while not expensive, still means I have to setup entire logistic just to listen to my IEMs :) Update: I finally found an alternative to alcohol-based cleaner to prevent these from deforming. You can search up any hear aid cleaning solution here. The one that worked for me is Audinell, but I believe any alcohol-free formula will work. It also cleans tips much better than Iso alcohol. each clean helps keeping IER-Z1Rs sealed and in-ear for 3+ days

Magia pura !

Comfortable and fit on the Truthear Hexa
New to IEM’s but not to quality audio equipment. Bought these for my Truthear Hexa IEM’s, which are cheap but deliver a nice sound with a slight lean to the bass end of the spectrum. These Spinfit W1’s fit snug on them but they do go on fine. They have grippier silicone than the stock ones and it is much softer and feels more comfortable to me. The sound is actually improved. I found the Hexa’s detailed and have great texture but slightly veiled in the upper mids. These W1 ear tips make them sound clearer, with more air in the mids. The bass is tighter and more controlled and doesn’t seem to affect the mids as much. The soundstage seems wider too. If anything the treble is thinner but there is a little sparkle right at the top end I hadn’t noticed before. In my opinion these deliver an overall improvement in sound quality and comfort.
