Keep it cold!
I was very surprised with the quality and portability of this item. The freezer pack is a bit small however it kept the temperature on a trip from Baltimore to Mexico City. It is a great value for the money.

Works well for travel with your insulin or Glp-1 meds. Small ice pack is convenient to keep meds cold and the little holders inside keep them away from direct cold.

Works well but the cold pack doesn’t stay cold for more than two hours.

Good quality, May need second ice pack for longer time
Overall good quality, one slight problem is time ice pack stays cool. If you need to stay cool past 4 hours recommend buying another ice pack.

High convenience, Low quality.
I like the size for travel w/pens. However, the strap broke within a month, and then the zipper came off as a result of the torn strap. So, the manufacturing is not the best quality. But it is hard to find a slim case like this that easily fits in my everyday carry bag. So....
