I have purchased many dried goods but this is the best quality Mushrooms I have ever used I am amazed that they are rehydrate in 2 mins. I have used in broth omelets spaghetti salads greens and stir fries. The family loves them and the quality is the highest they are long lasting. Purchased 4 months ago and only used a quarter of this bag. They stay fresh and tastes great. Highly functional because you cam break into any size you desire. Delicious food that is healthy and worth the money.

Awesome flavor and the rehydrate quickly in boiling water! I dunk them with the udon noodles while making the stir fry. Usually I put the mushrooms in the water when I start to heat it for the noodles which only take a minute or so. Then I strain the whole works together and add to my yaki. Perfect for other things like soups. Just add them in when cooking. Much better value than canned mushrooms. Better quality and appearance. Comparable to fresh in flavor and they will keep in the pantry for a long time.

I’ve soaked these for 30 minutes per instructions. 1 hour. 2 hours. 10 minutes. 45 minutes. All the variables. They are chewy as all get out. For what they are you can’t complain though. Thought they would be more tender after a soak, but they are not. It’s a dried mushroom…price is good. They taste like cardboard. But if the nutritional value is still there they are ok….

Very handy to have these available to rehydrate and add to Asian dishes. Happy with the quality.

I'm very pleased with this product. They rehydrate nicely without becoming mushy or lose their shape like some dried mushrooms do. I used them in a ginger chicken soup and their texture was great. I definitely will buy again.

I've had a problem with these mushroos in that even after soaking them over night they still can't be chewed up and are tougher than leather. I did find a use for them by using my coffee grinder and making powder out of them to add to mushroom soup and sautéed used in gravy mixes, just make sure there completely ground to a fine power.
