Other companies I reached out to for info on their AC's I couldn't get through or they never returned messages. The customer service at Heat and Cool has been extremely helpful. They are busy but you can always connect to someone. Rodolfo in sales, Lisa in customer service, David and Omar in tech support have all been great ! We have not installed the unit yet and that will be another review but the unit looks of good quality. The manuals are best pulled from online at Heat and Cool as the manuals that came with unit are somewhat generic but David at Heat and Cool helped out and have now figured out.
