Great product
The SaltStick Electrolyte FastChews (Green Apple, 60 count) are fantastic. They’re easy to chew, taste great, and provide a quick electrolyte boost when I need it most. The green apple flavor is pleasant—not overly sweet or chalky like some electrolyte products. They’re perfect for workouts, hot weather, or anytime hydration support is needed. I like that they’re convenient to carry and gentle on the stomach. I’ve noticed improved energy and fewer muscle cramps since using them regularly. Highly recommend these for anyone needing fast, effective electrolyte replenishment.

You get what you pay for.
Tablets are absorbed very quickly. If you want it even faster turn it into loose powder for better surface to liquid area and take it with a swig of water. That being said, it takes 4 tablets for a reasonable dose. They could easily double the nutritional value but it is what it is. Longest run I go on is roughly 10 miles. I take two before and two halfway through and it serves me well. For some reason Amazon doesn’t show the exact ingredients on every bottle and every flavor? I looked up the product elsewhere like an adult and saw it has sugar and other not so great Ingredients. Lemon lime taste good. These are just another alternative to getting quick nutrients lost when sweating. I don’t think it’s intended for someone who needs to have sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium due to health reasons. Someone complained it didn’t fit the needs their cardiologist recommended…..it’s very clearly just a salt tablet for those who are somewhat active.

Useful!
These really work well. I used them when moving and in hot weather for immediate recovery and relief. Not the flavor I was expecting, but, not bad at all. I prefer the peach flavor.

Really good and taste great.
These are great when you need electrolytes quickly and don't have a drink at hand. I suffer with PoTS and these have been a god send. They also taste really pleasent.

Nice tasting and effective
These have been a lifesaver! I got some for my son playing in an interstate soccer tournament and needed to stay hydrated. They taste nice but have a salty aftertaste so best to have some water handy to wash it down.

Always including when I pack for longer rides.
When I travel by motorbike, I add at least on bottle of these every time. A each break in the trip, I chew one or two tabs together with water. On longer rides, an absolute must.

Chewable Electrolyte with Great Taste
Tastes great. Not too sweet or sour. Easily digestable. Great to take before a run or during a long run over 10km. Heard great reviews about it and it definitely surpassed my expectations. Felt great after using, especially on a hot day.

Lecker!
