If you are having issues that the doctors just can't figure out, I recommend trying this! It is easy to use and the results are back very quickly (in my case). I think I may get one for my daughter too! You get detailed list of the food reactivities, and a guide booklet to help you. It eye opening!

Took long to come. Mailed it out months ago and still no response. Very upsetting as this was not cheap

This kit is marketed to provide you with "body tolerance test" result with a strains of your hair. I think it is achievable, but my education (advanced degree with chemistry background) tells me that you should take the result with a grain of salt. 1. The product arrives in a small cardboard box. As you can see in the 2nd photo, it says "Apply security seal here", which is confusing since a) no current seal or whatsoever; b) per instruction, this box is not to be shipped back 2. The instruction asks me to collect a strain of hairs and put them in a sealed pouch, which again, is not provided in the package. 3. It asks you to ship back your sample the address with an envelope provided, BUT no postage. ***So after you paid for the pricey product, you have to find your own means of sample bag (I managed to find a zip bag), and pay for the postage*** It took about 2 weeks for me to get an email notification about the product arrived. And it only took a day for me to receive my report. The test results are categorized into three groups: 1) High Reactivity; 2) Moderate Reactivity; 3) No Reactivity. I wish they put more explanations on what does "reactivity" mean, and how the test is conducted. Instead, the wording says "fall outside of optimal range", "causing or contributing to physical symptoms" are simply too vague. For example, the report says I am sensitive to all wheat food, which is the main food I am growing up with. Does it mean I should stop eating all bread? What will happen if I keep eating wheat? What "symptom"? That is why I feel the results are sketchy.

If this didn't take weeks for them to accept in and log it in their system I would of given them 5 stars. Once they did accept the package in and start the process, I got the results back pretty fast! The results are sent straight to your email. I had page after page of sensitivities.

This test is extremely simple as all it requires is 4-5 strands of hair over 1 inch or 8-10 if under one inch. There’s not a lot in the box. Make absolutely sure to scan the QR code provided to start the process, register your test, answer a few questions about known intolerances or allergies, get the tag to attach to your sample envelope, and provide your contact information. The service commits to a quick 3 to 5 day turnaround once the hair sample is received. Be sure to follow the instructions provided after registering and print these out for your sample label. Important to cut the hair as close to the root as possible as instructed, and it does say that hair dye will not affect results. It is not clear whether hair bleach, including highlighting will impact the test results. The test is not cheap but is it truly can assess the all of the items listed it is a small price to pay. The only thing unclear in the instructions was whether the “sealed bag” for the hair sample was supposed to be the inner sample envelope provided or if you are to put your own sealed bag in that envelope. I places It directly on the sample envelope and then put this in a sealed plastic bag and then finally put that in the large mailing envelope. The package came in what looked like a sample box, see last pic, but that does not seem to be used for hair samples - at least it was not referring in the instructions. Perhaps it is for submitting other test kit samples. I will update this review after results are received, including an assessment of the support provided to interpret results and expert recommendations. But so far, this has been an easy process.

ZERO STARS---DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY IS A SCAM. IVE TAKEN A BLOOD TEST FROM ONE COMPANY AND HAIR TEST WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE RESULTS WERE NEARLY IDENTICA. THIS COMPANY WAS SO FAR OFF BASE I DOUBT THEY ACTUALLY DO ANY TESTING AT ALL. THE ONLY THING THEY GOT RIGHT IS THE ONE ALLERGY I TOLD THEM ABOUT AND WHEAT WHICH IS AN EASY GUESS FOR MOST OF THE POPULATION. THEY DID NOT TEST FOR 1,750 THINGS, ONLY 600! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! GET 55 Strands instead. You'll get real results!!!!!

I’ve noticed over the years that certain foods make me tired and give me crashes. Eating meals heavy in carbs makes me incredibly unproductive. I’ve taken a DNA test before to discover my family tree. That test gave some insight into my body’s intolerance to certain foods and substances. This kit gives more information. With the results from this test I have the opportunity to rework my diet to fit my body’s needs so I’m less fatigued and more productive.

I purchased the test that says 1750 items tested. It was more expensive than the tests for fewer items. My results say 650 items tested. But for another $25 they’ll test more. The two items that have consistently bothered me for 25 years were shown in the no reactivity range.

Very helpful am using information and adjusting my diet to suit

Firstly, really unclear to do, the kit looks fidderent to the pictures, there are different sets of instructions in the kit, and various bits of ephemra you dont even need which is confusing. Apparently, I should avoid apples, bananas and oranges. I eat these all the time, so its obviously inaccurate, which a cursory google search will tell you (wish I had done beforehand). Low quality non functional nonsense!

Came as an empty box with instructions leaflet. Easy to follow. Made sure it got back to them with sign for postage. Results were comprehensive. Quite surprised at how many intolerances and sensitivities I have. It gave me a lot of insight into why I’ve being having symptoms. Good follow up with email contact and lots of advice available going forward. Value for money in my opinion

Worked exactly as described. I received a really detailed breakdown. Now I just need to use this tomorrow work though what may or may not affect me.

I bought the Check My Body Health intolerance test for the whole family twice per year, and it’s been surprisingly useful! While it claims to check for 1,200 different intolerances, you’ll only get results for a handful of items. Still, it’s a fantastic way to screen gut health and figure out which fancy supplements might actually work for us—or which ones to toss out the window! Overall, I definitely recommend it. It helps pinpoint real gut issues, but don’t forget—this isn’t a one-off! You’ll want to repeat the test to keep tabs on whether things are getting better or if your gut’s still having a mid-life crisis
