Fragrance World D'hommes Sport Eau De Parfum Spray for Men, 3.4 Ounce

I’m a very big fan of the current Dior Homme sport, so I was looking for a way to get my hands on the 2017 formulation DNA to see if I would like it as much. For those who don’t know, Dior has slightly changed this fragrance every ~4-5 years since 2008. For the money, this was a no brainer. If you’ve walked into the mall and smelled the bottle on the shelf, you will probably realize almost immediately that this is not that. This version made by FW has that signature blood orange note that the current one lacks. All in all, it’s still extremely fresh, clean, woodsy and versatile, just like the current formulation. It has a different citrus feel to me, and works a bit better for the warmer months in my opinion than the newer one. This truly can be worn at any time, casual enough to go to the gym or formal enough for office attire. The longevity is decent on this, I can still get whiffs of this throughout the day as I move around. This isn’t meant to be a compliment monster, and I don’t believe the original is either. Definitely a scent to be gently discovered, and I can appreciate that as a 30 year old male. This can be worn by younger guys or a gentleman advanced in years. Extremely inoffensive yet not your typical shower gel blue by any means. For the price, it’s a great pickup that captures a discontinued scent. If you are looking to pickup a clone of the current one, check my photo for another alternative. Great value for money, would definitely recommend. Fragrance world has been killing it the past year!

I'm giving this one 4 stars, but it lacks the longevity. Beautiful frag however, one of the better every day citrus (fresh, clean) frags - I pick up on the citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon... and for some reason it has a bit of this spicy ginger thing going but I think that is pink pepper and nutmeg / vetiver ... I boost this with ISO E Super and it lasts a lot longer , and the woodsy notes from that work with the sandalwood from this . For the price, I highly recommend you try this one.

i just received it in the mail today as a blind buy. i do not own the original "dior homme sport," but i bought this for $20 to try the DNA. i like this. its really nice, pleasant, and youre able to pick upu the soft woods in the background. i do own doir homme intense (2011) and can tell they share the same parents. this is a really nice one to get especially for the price, you will find plenty of situations to wear it. and the presentation is very classy. it looks like quality in your hand or on your shelf. i hope this helps you make a decision.

This is Dior Homme Sport 2017. From what I can remember this is spot on and is actually long lasting (for a citrus focused frag). The Dior is discontinued and it’s amazing you can still have the profile at such a price. Not Dior quality or ingredients, but nothing screechy, not a single off note. Smells like the Dior from first spray, no masceration needed.

Quality is okay, very fresh, but had a leaky bottle. Doesn’t last long maybe about 4 hours on skin 6 on clothes.

N.B. This is duping the 2017 or 2008 version, not the 2021 version. So it's centered on the sweet and fresh fruit combo. (If I had to guess, I'd say it's the 2008 version with lemon + grapefruit + ginger, as I don't get orange). Under that I don't really get the pepper or spices but I do get a very clean laundry musk with some vague aromatics. Radiates off the skin to create a clean and professional smell. A great, cheap replacement for a tough to get (discontinued) fragrance. Much more unisex and warm weather focused than the current incense focused 2021 version. Reminds me a bit of Versace Pour Homme or Chanel Allure Homme.

Don't buy this if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to Dior Homme Sport 2021. This is nothing like it. Not even close. Very powdery/dusty. It's lacking citrus for sure. Not a fan.

Maybe it is my body chemistry but this fragrance is light smelling, hardly projects, and its quickly. If I stick my nose on my arm I can still detect it after 4 hours. Maybe it will work better when it gets hotter. At this point , even though the price was great, I could not recommend it not would I buy again.
