Review: Gold plated gridwire Lions - I recently purchased a new class A tube amplifier in October on desertcart at a great deal it has been used almost daily for 8-10 hours a day for TV and Music ,It sounded great with the Stock tubes but 1 of the Ps vane KT 88's concerned me because of its heater filament was about 2 times as bright as the other one .My amp's bias isn't adjustable but I switched places on the KT88's and it was the tube.After running the Gold Lions for at least 300 hours I am still happy with their performance in my system powering my Tannoy speakers.
