It hangs nicely, I'm a size 16 and it covers any problem areas. The sleeves are, as it says, batwing, and I had a bit of a problem trying it on getting it the right way and finding the sleeves but I got there eventually. One of my worries was that it may be transparent, it isn't, it has a white vest like top stitched inside. Mine came with a lovely necklace to wear with it.
