Ace for lighting the bbq, I use 4 or 5, and once the fire dies down, I chuck 3 or 4 on before the lid closes and they help smoke the food. We don’t do pizza!

Work really well in Ooni pizza over. No ash and they burn hot. They fit well in the compartment. These are much easier than the pellets.

These oak logs are excellent for pizza ovens and not only, they light easily, burn hot, and give off a clean, consistent flame. The oak adds a great natural flavor to the pizza without being overpowering. Perfect size and quality—highly recommended for anyone serious about wood-fired pizza.

Ooni pizza oven wood was out of stock online so bought this instead. Works out a bit more expensive by weight, but I found it to work better than the Ooni product - oven reached temperature much faster, very little smoke generated and used less too. Will buy again.
