Easy to remove tape. Simple to apply. A good amount of adhesion so stayed on skin without moving all night. Didn't notice any difference with coughing or feel any benefit. You can smell the products ever so slightly. Both myself and child tried them. They are easy to remove. Does leave impression after long term wear. For sensitive skin but can cause redness.

Good item and was easy to put on, helped loads for its intended purpose

The patch bought my 8yr old daughter out in almost instant hives and itching, removed the patch and it looked like she had a chemical burn where it had been. The redness did go down overnight bit I won't risk using again.

No relief provided at all was still coughing my guts out.Maybe they'd work better on little ones who knows.Nice natural ingredients in them though.Good adhesion and no irritation.Thank you

I am not sure how effective the herbs are, but they certainly smell medicinal while remaining fairly pleasant, and they're natural ingredients. I will give them a try - at the very least, the placebo effect is fairly powerful in itself. The box included three packs, and each pack has two patches. They're easy to use. Simply remove the adhesive backing and then stick one on the front and back of your chest, as though using a plaster.

Used these patches on myself and 8 year old son after I tested them on myself. The are herbal patch which smell okay not to over powering.The effects weren’t that noticeable in all honesty but not sure if that’s due to being towards the end of a bad chest or if they maybe more effective during the worse of a cough.Didn’t cause any adverse reactions or effects to myself or him
