A: 1140 mg serving size 1 tbsp.

**Q: Is this a glass bottle?  Thank you.**
A: Yes, it is glass, bu 50% of the bottles I have ordered, have leaked at the plastic screw on top and there is no seal underneath the screw on lid. None of the bottles have been broken when they arrived.

The sauce tastes great but the lid is bad.

This is exactly what you are looking for if you want to impart Thai restaurant flavor into your home dishes. The so called "flavor enhancer" does exactly that! What ever you add this too will accelerate in deliciousness. I don't think I would feel comfortable adding this to a dish after it has been plated but while cooking its magic. I do almost exclusively use this in stir fry so exercise caution outside of that use. A little goes a long way so it is worth its weight in gold. Not a bad price for purchase online and would probably be cheaper at an Asian market. However I live in a rural area 2 hours from anything like that.
