The Mystery of Everything: A Lent course based around the film The Theory of Everything (Lent Book)

This Lent Course has been designed for Group work - however, as I live a long way from the Church where I worship and there was no actual Lent Group organised - I decided to do this year what I did last year and that is to work through a course on my own. This Course is really searching - and it is possible to do it on your own -The Author has organised it so that it is easy to follow and watching the DVD and then re-visiting the DVD in Chapters helps when working through each week's Chapter(s) - Obviously I have only covered up to week two as that is as far as we have reached so far this Lent (27.02.16).I would recommend this course to groups and also to individuals.

This book is very interesting and engaging. It is well planned out and is being used week by week as a Lent study.

A well written, thought- provoking 5 week course for Lent (or other times of the year). Clips from th film 'The Theory of Everything' provide opportunities for groups to discuss several serious problems encountered in life and in personal faith with references to the Bible and the film.

This book has proved to be a great discussion starter, and has provoked wonderful discussion around subjects such as creation, the spectacular world we live in, and the relationship, and love between people.

This was a study course with a difference. I highly recommend it. It is challenging and generates a wide discussion regarding ethics, science, and relationships. Fifteen people in my church met for 5 weeks and everyone rated the course as excellent. CongratlIons to the author who wrote a Lent course which stretched ones mind
