While the item may not have held up to my two power chewers the customer service was fantastic. Changing to 3 starts bc the cust service was impressive. the idea is great with a screw on top making it easy to fill. However this is NOT for aggressive chewers. I have a rescue who has NOTchewed up any toys, kongs etc but destroyed the top piece of this in less than a few hours, chunks missing. So I gave to my other pit- just the bottom section with some PB spread into (making it similar to the KONG tire) I looked down an hour later an it was broken into about 20 1-2 inch pieces all over the floor, . Too bad bc I already ordered the silicone tray to make the frozen treats for this.
