Men's Cornell Woods Flannel Long Sleeve Shirt

My husband loves this shirt. Fits well. I would buy again.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he wore it as often as he could during our Florida winter. I was actually surprised at how much he liked this shirt. It washes well and doesn't need ironing. It fits him perfectly in his normal size. Soft, lightweight, but still warm enough for our winter. He usually wears it over another shirt on chilly evenings. He also has taken it with him on a couple of trips. I'm happy I got it for him.

Item arrived ahead of schedule. Very nice flannel shirt, in a versatile black/brown/white plad. My husband has been laid up, recovering from surgery and has worn it every day (over a tshirt) for a week now. Very comfortable around the house during the winter.1

I'm really happy with this flannel Cornell Woods shirt. I picked up a large size in the Night Shadow Twill and it is just a tiny bit too big. Haven't yet washed it, but hot water should bring it down to perfection. I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs for comparison. The colors are quite muted, which I was hoping for and dark red/brown with very dark blue(almost black) twill stripes. Looks great, I would call it relaxed classy casual. Perfect for sitting in front of the fireplace on Christmas with family and friends (my intended purpose in buying it). I'll wear it on nights out to the Brew Pubs too. This is not a heavy flannel shirt, think more of a thick dress shirt (made of flannel, of course). So don't expect it to be extra warm. But, over a t-shirt for added insulation it is warm enough. It fits great, looks good and feels very nice. I'll be getting another one. Hope this helps with your decision.

Columbia's Cornell Woods shirt is a nice, middle-weight flannel, great assortment of colors and, for me - a 5'7" fat guy, the "regular fit" is pleasantly loose. Not as roomy as the Hawaiian shirts I favor in Summer but still, I look almost respectable in them. The quality of manufacturing looks good, with no visible flaws but the true measure of a shirt comes four or five years down the road, when things start to wear thin. I'll watch. In the meantime, they're comfortable and presentable and, while nothing is inexpensive anymore, an acceptable investment. I only dinged one star because, to my mind, the fabric's very slightly heavier than I'd hoped.

Starts out a little stiff and formal, but washes into a great feeling shirt!

5’7 heavyset guy weights 280 long torso . Fits great xl just the right amount of loose fit. Does not shrink when washed.

Very comfortable to wear with a good finish and quality is excellent. But similar one I ordered Red Jasper M size twice unfortunately Cloudtail sent both times L size which I returned.

My husband loved the style and soft material however, the arms are about 3 inches too short & 2 inches short in the length. Especially for an XXL you would expect the allowance to be made better. I believe someone messed up in sewing stage.
