Great bit of kit. I used the frozen block on an aeroplane and it lasted over 12 hours, keeping the insulin at a good temperature. It's handy to have the thermometer to get temperature readings. On my holiday I used the cool water block that I had filled and kept in a fridge overnight. With outside temperatures of 39 to 42 degrees the flask kept my insulin between 14 and 18 degrees. I did get stopped at the airport going out to Malta and they checked inside the flask, but all was fine elsewhere. I wasn't stopped coming back into the UK. Well worth the money, as in the past my insulin has failed in heat.

Great product for travel purposes. No annoying separate thermometer rattling around. Kept my weight loss medication cool and at a constant 4 degrees for a whole day.

Keep cold enough for long hours as it is claimed

Have used the item once for a long flight. When I unscrewed the lid, the metal cover came away from the plastic below as it seems to be held together with one dab of glue. Contents were still cold, which was a relief, however it does make one question how long the item will last and if it will maintain the ability to keep the medication cold. At this price I would expect better build quality. Update- the supplied thermometer is now broken and leaked its contents all over my medication on the second time using! I would avoid this product if I was you.

This seemed expensive but it worked fabulous. I found that once you factor arriving at the airport a few hours early for security, flight time, and then transfer time to the hotel. I needed my injection pen to stay cooler for longer than 10 or 12 hours. I found other products with smaller ice packs did not last long enough. I will happily use this again.

Cette glacière médicale est parfaite : la basse température est maintenue sur un long temps et elle peut contenir bien plus que ce qui est annoncé (j’y ai mis deux kwikpen moujaro et elle aurait pu en contenir encore autant !)
