I have used these lozenges for a few years and they last all night to keep my mouth from drying out. The mint flavor is not overpowering. Just one box lasts over a month, and I slip one of the 3-lozenge strips into my handbag/backpack.

Nice flavor and most importantly they absolutely work. If someone has to go a prolonged period without drinking such as a hospital visit the nurses will allow patients to have these for dry mouth. I always offer people one of these and I know a few people who now have these on their auto delivery!

These really help my throat dryness issues. They are soothing and feel like they form a gentle coating - very different from other products, such as a breath mint or a cough drop. The mint taste is subtle, and they don't contain menthol.

I get dry mouth in bed at night after taking my meds. It’s nice to have something that’s sugar free to relieve dry mouth, so you don’t have to rebrush your teeth before falling asleep. But the taste of these are not the best, and the taste it leaves in your mouth is kinda annoying. I still have these on my nightstand but I usually just suck on sugar free Ricola instead.

I have terrible dry mouth and need to suck on a lozenge/hard candy a lot. Dry mouth is rough on oral health! So is sucking on sugar-laden lozenges. The ACT dry mouth lozenges uses xylitol to gently sweeten (aka make palatable) which is good for dental health. Due to health issues, I can’t keep on top of my dental hygiene like I used to. I have not seen as many dental problems as I anticipated and I think these lozenges are a bit part of why.

I tried this product having a dry mouth following medical treatment, but found it unbearably over sweetened. I started to feel nauseous before being halfway through a lozenge and had to give up. I wonder why it’s necessary to add sucralose to the formula as well as xylitol.

Found these good, but have been using a mouth wash for my dry mouth. These are still a very good product and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. Price was a little dear to compared to the dry mouth wash I found after this product.
