Ordered the Large based on sizing and they were so tight I couldn't wear more than a few minutes. But the company was great and immediately sent me the XL which are perfect. The material is very good quality, I have washed them a couple of times (I wear one while playing basketball to help with carpel tunnel in one wrist) and the compression is great without cutting circulation, provides relief/support, and the elastic and material is holding up well.

Needed some wrist support after starting weight training, the wrist support bands really helped me out. They fit a little snug but they still help relieve wrist pain. I sweat a lot so the fact that the wrist band stay dry and comfortable is a huge plus. They work pretty well.

I ordered large and they fit perfectly. Snug but not cutting off the circulation to my hand. I bowl in 4 leagues and use this under my bowling wrist brace and the combination works perfect. Plus I also use them when working out.. I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease that attacks body joints.. and these really help.Definitely worth trying!

These wrist bands are awesome!I had been having wrist pain for months n decided to try these. From the moment I put them on I felt reliefAlmost immediately. They are not tight but just the right snugness. I even sleep with them sometimes.

Hard for me to put on, maybe wrists are bigger than I realized but too small for me.

Omg I have only had these 5 hours and I am in love with them. They are so comfortable, they fit tight without cutting off your circulation. They are smooth and do not get caught on my yarn when I crochet. I have very weak and painful wrist, these are giving me great support without being to tight or uncomfortable. Most importantly they are not snagging on anything including my yarn! I only wish they came in assorted colors!

They don’t help that much but good to wear if doing light lifting above your head.

The item is very comfortable. It fits great and gives you great wrist support. I can wear it all day.
