I bought this at a grocery store for baking some vegan cookies/cupcakes and it worked so well that i bought the pack online. Worked great for some lentil patties my boyfriend made too; he has been vegan for years and tried many vegan-egg binders and said this one is the best AND the healthiest. i love that it is only whole food ingredients with no added salt.

Thought it was a egg substitute for stand alone eggs like omelets and skillets, not an egg replacement I use unsweetened applesauce for everything works great and it's much cheaper.
