I like knowing that the vitamins I'm taking don't contain any unnecessary added ingredients or artificial things. They are easy on my stomach and work for me.

Dr. Berg and team did great when creating this product. I've taken it for over a month, and I rate it 5-star. Easily tolerated, and it doesn't have a bad taste like some multivitamins do. I take it because I'm getting older and it will benefit my aging body, but I'm really happy with this and will most likely subscribe to the recurring purchase.

It’s really difficult to know this soon if the supplement works. It takes time, but my friend has used it for a while and highly recommended it swears by it. I will update the review in one month.

I’ve been taking these for over 6 months. They are worth paying more because they are from a good source. It has the vitamins that I make up for when I am taking specific ones like d3 w/ k2 etc.I buy quite a few of Dr Bergs vitamins because they are purposeful & a good source of they are effective. They aren’t too big to swallow. They don’t upset my tummy. There is no taste. I will always take these.
