Happy to find a lower dosage, 50 mcg
Tired of taking thousands of mg's/times the daily recommended dosage not to mention the fact I probably don't need it. This still lists as 2,080% (and that's the low end of what's available) the daily rec. amount but I got tired of trying to find a more reasonable dose so I went with it. I don't have a b12 deficiency, I'm just old :) and need more. I already stopped the multi vitamin, this may be next but for now I'm giving it a try.
