Easy to assemble, great run.
Very easy to put together with the instructions. At times the push buttons don't line up completely with the holes but it works pretty well. The tarp doesn't hold up in the wind as it tears the grommets. I recommend removing the tarp during heavy snowfall and high winds. I have not had the product blow away in the wind. Unfortunately I have to buy new ones due to the ice storm of 2025 hitting Northern Michigan as a couple branches fell on it and bent many of the poles. Thank goodness the chickens weren't out there.Its best to follow the instructions when adding the chicken wire so you can cover the most space with less wire. The zip ties do not hold up for more than a year. You may want to run wire around it so it holds up longer.

Great coop enclosure for our 4 hens!
After several not-so-stellar attempts at building our own coop enclosure, we decided on this kit and we're glad we did. As new chicken farmers, we are still learning and we have found that this chicken pen is a good shape and design. The girls' coop fits nicely inside of it and gives them a small protected space for when we need to confine them. This went together easy- 2 person job. Taking away one star though because the chicken wire seemed way too flimsy so we replaced it with livestock fencing and now this coop enclosure is sturdy! Overall, we would recommend this for design, materials and ease of assembly.

High quality and snaps together smart design
This is a very high quality piece that snaps together and comes apart easily as well if you need to move it. The part that took the longest was the mesh that has to be manually formed to the hut. The wire mesh is coated with protective coating and is high quality but it does take time to install that. The basic frame of this snaps together in no time flat but the wire covering is going to take time. Once you have installed the wire coating then taking this apart again may not be something you want to do. If you put a tarp over the top for weather then be aware that the center of the top will dip in and gather water in the tarp; this is because this has a completely flat top that flexes with weight. If you want this to have a tarp on top and be water proof then you will have to alter this design to have more rigidity down the middle of the top or you will have sagging tarp full of water on top down the middle. I altered this by placing a metal pipe down the middle of the top and wiring that in place. This still didn't totally solve the sagging problem with tarp + rain.A note to manufacturer, this thing is a great design but I think if you had pitched roof with center support then you have a perfect product. The full size door is pretty great and latch mechanism is quality as are the hinges that clamp to the metal structure. The roof! Please design the same thing with a pitched roof.Note: I was missing one piece and contacted the seller who sent me the missing piece. They offered discount but I didn't take it because I just wanted the missing piece and I was happy with the response and the product. This is a high-quality product.

* revised review. Read below
Overall this coop was very easy to put together. I was pleasantly surprised to have enough chicken wire to go around and a bit to spare. The only problem we had was when it rained (a lot) the tarp + wire wasn’t strong enough to repel the water from the flat top. So we had to go in with a broom and push it up from the bottom to drain. We fixed the issue by using trex deck board and spanning the length. That way water couldn’t pool. But overall it’s a nice coop with a little tweaking*after purchasing a second unit I did not receive the current size chicken wire. I received a 4 ft roll and this type of assembly requires a 6 ft roll. I contacted the seller twice to obtain the correct footage of roll and twice I was sent the wrong item to replace the wire. After the second wrong item was received I called for a refund because now I have to purchase the right size chicken wire roll to continue installation. The seller offered me only a 35% refund, which would not pay for my out of pocket expenses for the new roll. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back. That was 3 days ago and I still have not heard anything. 1 star because no one can fix the issue and now I have to spend more money to fix it myself.

Just Right!
Just what we needed for a chick run.We need a run for our new brood of chicks that had reached 4 weeks old. Plus we had 6 surprise chicks our hen had decided to hatch in secret.This chicken run was perfect.The sturdiness is good but you will definitely want to anchor this down, just like you would any light weight shelter. We put in 8 anchors and it would take a Tornado to move this thing now.The Frame was easy enough to put together but attaching the chicken wire was a bit daunting.All parts were included and we actually had extra chicken wire left. Make sure to buy about 200 extra zipties if you want the chicken wire to stay tight.Overall, for building this on a budget, well worth the price for the quality.Would highly recommend!

Chicken or quail cage.
Cage is very sturdy and easy to assemble. They did go cheap on the wire and the tarp that goes on top. Tarp is very thin and I did replace with a more thicker and durable one. The door assembly pieces work fine but I do highly recommend using self-tapping screws to permanently hold pieces in place once put together.
