This manufacturer does not get back to you in regards to technical or warranty information
I think this company is a scam! I purchased this computer didn't even have it for a year it wouldn't turn on I email the company as a stated to have warranty claim they never responded to me luckily I purchased the extra warranty on Amazon but I am still getting screwed over because now the price of the computer is more than the warranty is giving me to replace the computer
