Super pleased with this camera. Camera and app worked flawlessly.
The media could not be loaded. My wife wanted me to find out what was trampling through her young Canna lilies. The camera feels well made and records excellent video even at night. I caught the culprit the first night using it. The manual was straight forward and easy to understand and the app linked by the QR code in the manual has worked flawlessly. I think this is an awesome value.

Complex at first, but pretty impressive camera
It takes a while for a newbie to really get through the set up and understand how to use this. The manual has QR Codes that link to instruction videos but I like manuals to just explain what I need. There's a few things that I don't really like and I've listed them below, but ultimately, I'm giving this 5 stars as it really is an impressive trail camera once you have everything set up and running. What I likeYou can configure image quality, video quality, and lots of other features to your liking.Assuming you're not needing to replace batteries, you can keep this mounted and use the app to view photos & images. You can mount on the pod (if you're attaching to a fence or something) or use the band to wrap around and mount on a tree. The image quality, even using 2K, is really sharp and impressive. What I don't likeDid not come with SD card (you will need to have one). Takes a full size SD card or the micro SD with adapter. Takes up to 128gbDoes not come with batteries (takes 8 AA batteries). To install the batteries, you open a port but it only comes out a little bit, you have to yank fairly hard on the tray to get it all the way out. This can be powered by DC cord but doesn't come with that cord.If you accidentally exit during initial setup (which I did), then you have to go into the menu and find & set each item like date/time, camera name, password (which I highly suggest you do), and other items. When opening the app on your phone to connect to the camera, it takes a really long time to establish connection. Hope you're not in a hurry. The app gets access to all your images, videos, music, etc and I believe this is made in china so that part makes me a little worried about my phone data security. The manual is for basic setup and doesn't really go into detail; although it does contain QR codes for instruction videos.

Well made
Well made little camera! I haven't had a chance to really put it through it's paces yet, (Season just ended) but it seems like it works as it should. Set up is easy and comes with everything you need except the SD card. (It should also be noted it say mini SD card in the description but it is a full size SD card reader on the camera.) Works good just using it in the yard. Triggers well and pics are prety good. If it has some problems down the road I will update this review, but for now it seems like a pretty good deal for the money

Good, clear footage, needs better or alternative power options
I got this to set up my tree where birds often nest, obviously they are not nesting this time of year but I do get a lot of wildlife visit the tree and would be nice to catch footage. The photo/video quality is really good both day and night which is great.I powered the camera using 8 (that's right, 8!) AA batteries which are not included and don't know how long they will last and I know that batteries tend to discharge more quickly during cold weather and with this being an outdoor camera I would imagine that it's going to eat through batteries, another alternative would be to using rechargeable batteries but I would also think that it will need charging frequently although this could differ depending on the level of activity your camera picks up, mine didn't get set off too many times.Storage wise, footage is recorded onto an SD card, also not provided.I affixed mine to my tree using the strap provided but it also has the option of a screw mount to keep it more secure, as my garden is private and securely enclosed the strap option was sufficient for me.I do like the idea of this camera but I think it could be improved with an in built rechargeable battery and a solar panel for rechargeable and a secondary power option. It would also be nice if it connected direct to home WiFi so that you could remote in on it from anywhere, such as when you are at work or away on holiday. It's a good camera but with a couple of additions it could be an excellent outdoor camera.

We're on the lookout!
We've been on the lookout for what wildlife comes through our back garden. No crazy surprises such as alligator snapping turtles as such however we have seena few foxes.Quality is really good, nightvision isnt bad. Its picked up quite a few animals so I guess the motion detection works quite well.We will be keeping our eyes open for some snapping aligator turtles after the recent UK lake discover but something tells me we wont see one! Hoping to see some red squirrels in the coming months, that would be great!

4K 30fps 40MP Wildlife Camera with WiFi and Night Vision
The camera's 40MP image quality and 4K video capabilities are impressive, providing crystal-clear footage of the local fauna. The 2.0” LCD screen is a convenient feature for on-site previews of the captures. One of the standout features is the fast 0.2s trigger speed coupled with the 120° detection range, which ensures I don't miss any quick animal movements. The built-in WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity are quite handy. I can easily connect the camera to my phone and view, as well as download, images and videos through the "WILDLIFE CAM" app.The camera's nighttime performance is remarkable, thanks to the 36pcs low glow LEDs. It captures detailed black and white images without startling the animals. Plus, the camouflage shell is excellent for keeping the camera hidden. As for durability, the camera is well-built and withstands adverse weather conditions effectively, which is a huge plus for outdoor use. The absence of an SD card and batteries in the package was a minor inconvenience, but overall, this wildlife camera is a fantastic investment for anyone interested in wildlife photography or monitoring.

Great and easy for us beginner nature photographers
Firstly, I would like to have attached nature pictures with this review but unfortunately I was on away for the holidays and when I returned someone had stolen it.That being said I would like to say that when I did begin to use it, I was very surprised by how easy it was to work out considering this was the first time I ever used this type of camera outside of my smartphone. What is also convenient even though the distance is not so great is the bluetooth option for you to use your mobile phone or laptop to be able to view the what the camera sees' (it would of been great to have a wifi option, but I am assuming that would make the model much more expensive). The night mode is excellent and the picture quality is great, especially for the price point. You do need to purchase batteries for this but the quality of the camera and video itself is very impressive. I would personally say that this is meant to be mounted on a tree/house/perch or anything a little higher up which is what I was intending for to begin with. The only real negatives is the wifi mode which would of been nice, a different longer type of battery option would of been ideal but aside from that this is an excellent model and the price is nothing to ignore.
