Worth the time and money!
I absolutely love Hopf's Collapse series, and have been an avid fan in this series from the beginning (I credit this Hopf series as well as Forschen's "One Second After" as the main motivator for my beginning to prep). This was a good (albeit very short) and well-written read chronicling a small amount of missing time from the original series, keeping my interest throughout. [SPOILER AHEAD] I was glad that Hopf gave some thought to the potential for cannibalism in a post-collapse world, as it is my strong belief that this will indeed occur, although to what extent is unclear. The only criticism which I could offer would be that I got the slight impression that this book was simply a "filler" in between more important projects for Hopf, although this was an impression I got after finally finishing the book. Not that it was a bad read...just seemed a little bit forced...which is why it got only 4 stars from me as opposed to my usual 5 stars for all the other installments in the series.. Overall a very good read. I do recommend!

Story Good. Editing Bad.
There were so many spelling and grammatical errors it was distracting. This novella adds to the overall story but isn’t absolutely necessary to the series. The main seven book series has less errors than this 100 page book. Edit this properly, please!

Five Stars
Outstanding I have been following the Van Zandt Chronicles since the start. G Michael Hopf is one of the best story tellers there is writing today. I bypass all other authors and wait eagerly to read the next book. These books are well written, keeping you in suspense from the turn from the cover to the close of the cover. I have read many books of this the end time series from various and many authors. This one keeps me hopping in my chair. I do not find spelling and grammatical errors in these books, of course I am not an English teacher. Mr Hopf keep these coming.

Written for the fan and does not disappoint.
Another winner for fans of The New World series. I like that Mr. Hopf listens to his fans and gives us these treats that enhance the stories and characters of this fantastic series. This offering does not disappoint. If you have not read the series, you should. The storyline's are tight, fast paced and engrossing with well developed characters, that just gets better with each installment. . If you see G. Michael Hopt wrote it, read it!

Another great read by a great author
Another great read by a great author. Hopf does it again with his unique brand of story telling, this time filling in the gap between The Long Road and Sanctuary. In the new hostile world, Gordon must use his abilities to stay alive and right wrongs as he begins his journey to avenge Hunter's death. A great short story that is a true page burner.

I liked it!
I liked it, but would rather have read book V to the series. the suspense is killing me, and I would like to have all my reading caught up before the big one hits.

Exit is a must read
Exit is an excellent book no matter what format it’s read in! And an even better continuation in the New World Series.

Have a great day!
I ordered the book for my son. I didn't read it but I know he did and I'm sure he enjoyed it.
