Works Great for Healthcare
I work in the ER and I don't usually need to wear a scrub cap. With the coronavirus crisis I've needed more protection and I have to strap on respirators and face shields all day. Because of the pandemic there are no scrub caps available right now. Fortunately I found this. I found this cap to be comfortable for all day wear. It is more comfortable than regular scrub caps that aren't stretchy so they fall off and don't have the terry cloth sweat band. It provides the perfect amount of padding for respirator and shield straps without being so bulky it gets in the way. When all this is over I may not need to wear this every day but I'm definitely not going to go back to regular scrub caps.

It's freaking yuge, i tell ya.
I am by no means a small guy: just over 6 ft & 250 pounds, with a fairly average skull size. These don't stay on, they're about 2 inches too big around. Tried putting a helmet on over, the bloody things just bunch up and create more problems than they solve.Materials are great, I've had other had gear from this outfit (same fabric, add elastic band & strips to knot) that works great for moisture wicking. Problem with it is the elastic is so tight it gives headaches. Right between the two product sizes would be about perfect for most, but neither is decent for the majority of buyers.Even at half price i feel i overpaid for these.

The Blue Skull Cap was not as advertised in the Picture
The first “Chill-Its” I purchased with the 6615-Dew Rag. I am very happy with Dew Rag and feel it was nice to have a material that will wick moisture away and also has a terry cloth to absorb any sweat. I especially like the elastic band to make sure it doesn’t fall off my head.So I purchased the “Chill Its” 6630-Skull Cap hoping to have the same satisfaction. Unfortunately what they sent me was everything I wanted, minus the elastic band which keeps it on my had snuggly. What was in the picture was not what was send to me. I will say I order a blue one and a black one. The black one did come as advertised but the blue did not. The blue one also does not fit as well and seems a bit loose on my head. If the elastic band was there this might have solved that problem and I would have given this product a 5 star review.Otherwise, this is a rather comfortable product and I do recommend it highly if you are looking for a comfortable, skull cap that will wick away moisture.

Loose fit. Too much material makes helmet tight
I have a medium size head. Get Med size bike helmets. This thing is so thick with Terry that I can barely fit under my bike helmet even fully opened.Secondly, this is not a good skull cap for SW Florida. It's only in the 80s (will be 90s soon) and this thing is like wearing a stocking cap. Terry absorbs sweat, but also is the main cause for sweating. Only wicking area is the above the top seam.Third, the elastic must be designed for much larger heads. There is no stretch because it's too large. Leaves a wad of material in the back where the elastic is. Uncomfortable under the helmet. From other reviews, it sounds like the quality control on sizes is lacking. I'll return it. Unusable- too hot, too loose, too bulky.I have 3 Chill-its dew rags (6615)with the elastic and the ties. Have had them for about 2 years. Fit well, breath well, elastic is snug but not tight. Still good condition. Terry cloth doesn't cover such a huge area so allows for more of the breathable material. Wish they'd taken those and just taken the ties off. I really like the 6615, but are returning the 6630s. These 6630 caps need some redesign work.

Color much darker than Amazon photo, 100% Polyester
I admit I chose this product because it had a low "add-on" price. I was disappointed that both this (Navy Western) and the Camoflage color are actually much, much darker in reality than pictured on Amazon. I am a cancer survivor and have residual skin/scalp issues so always have to wear something on my head when out in the sun for extended periods. These are light weight, but don't absorb the moisture as I had hoped. The details on Amazon call the material..Absorptive and Moisture Wicking, the label inside says 100% polyester. I believe the label. They don't cover as much surface area as the online photos suggest, leaving ears and forehead completely exposed and I have a small head.

Not loving it
I can't say I like this as much as I had hoped I would. I don't have a small head and this is quite a bit too big for me. In fact some of the rags I've bought that have an elastic band in them are too small for me and give me a headache after a short time. Can't wear it alone on my bike as it will blow off. It's also a little long in the body and will cover about half my ears if I try to pull it down to keep it on. I don't want to wash it in hot or run it through a hot dryer to try to shrink it because it may shrink too much. So if I want to use it I have to wear it under a helmet and then it bunches up because it is so big. If you have a larger than average head this may work great for you but I'm going to have to stick to the rags that tie.

Great scalp protector
Woe is me, for the natural scalp protection I had in my youth is fading away into oblivion. With the loss of my hair, came the increased risk of skin cancer, which unfortunately hit my father and grandfather hard and has me in its sights. For days when I don't feel like wearing a ball cap, this has been my go-to. Lightweight, breathable, easy to store in a pocket and small enough to keep extras in my work bags and glovebox... it is comfortable to wear and fits my noggin well. Much easier than the hassle and mess of trying to apply sunscreen to my crown. With any luck, it will help keep me away from the doctors who have removed chunks of melanoma off the heads of my ancestors.

Does the job perfectly
Does the job better than anything else I've tried under a hard hat and I really do sweat in my job. I would suggest getting a couple so you can wash regularly.

False Advertising.
False Advertising.1. Pictures show a garter for adjustability which was not the case when I got my product.2. Fitting was like meant for bald or little to no hair people.3. It has this "wont last a month" feeling first time.you see it.
