I believe that I should have been using this earlier in the spring as it has not brought any Mason bee's to the house yet. I will try it next spring and hope it works. One year later; this brought the mason bees into the bee house this spring. By fall they almost filled the whole bee house. Used the next year also and had to get two more bee houses for the mason bees. It works great in the spring on the bee houses as they start filling the houses up right away.

it Is sad you only have this for Mason Bees, and none for the Leafcutter Bees.

Used last year , got no filled holes. This year, two. So, jury's still out.

I bought this under the pretenses that it would attract bees, however, wherever I sprayed it no bees came and they were bees in the area total waste of money would never buy again horrible product

My backyard garden in Colorado has plenty of flowers but I noticed we do not get many mason bees to stay in the wooden nesting blocks I put up on the shed. My neighbor told me that lemongrass scent sometimes brings them over so I gave this spray a try this spring. I shook the bottle well and put a few sprays right near the front entry of the tubes on a warm morning when the sun was shining. The smell is very strong of lemon and it stays in the air for a long time. I checked the tubes every afternoon for two weeks but nothing changed. A couple flies buzzed around it but no actual bees ever came to check out the holes. The wood just got a little damp from the liquid and then it dried up after a day. It did not seem to attract any insects at all to the nesting area. My fruit trees are blooming now but the tubes are still totally empty. I do not think this scent does what it says for the garden.

I got a late start for attracting bees to the bee houses. But, it has a nice light fragrance. I plan on spraying around the vegetable garden plants that need pollinated to encourage them to the garden.
