Really makes you feel positive. Glad I've got this. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a little pick me up and motivation. I'm not one for reading books but I make sure I read a good few pages everyday and I feel so much better.

Had some nice points but very repetitive. Felt like I was just reading the same thing over and over again.

Very quick and easy read, has great reminders of gratitude and how precious life truly is. Great book for someone who feels lost and feels as though their life is floating before their eyes

Incredible book, it has been so healing to read, specially being in a journey to find who i am and being more compassionate to myself. It easy to read and almost read on one day, but as I recommended from another book, take each page one at a time and reflect on the words. Will definitely go back to re-reading often.
