My product arrived damaged-more so a delivery person issue but also wasn’t packaged very well-but the company replaced it for free and allowed me the original since I don’t have an easy way to send it back and my baby was due before the new one would arrive. The new one was packaged better and was still mildly damaged but fixable. I love the sleek design and the sage green option we got, fits in with our nursery well. The product contains the smell from dirty diapers well and holds a decent amount at a time, only needing to be taken out maybe twice a week. It’s lightweight and easy to move around and easy to empty. Installment of the rolls is also easy, just make sure you get the right ones as diaper genie bags are not “one size fits all”.
