Great Travel VPN Device
Very interesting device. I set it up in the house to see if I could get it to work. Had my phones, iPads and desktop working off of the Keezel. The setup instructions were easy to follow. Had it working. Then I went on a trip and it took me a while to set it up again. Like it stated in the instruction's "Troubleshooting" section, I had to turn off my cell's wireless connectivity. Then the Keezel would link up with the phone, then I would go to "Keezel/" in the URL line of the browser and show me the Keezel connection and list the available wifi networks. I would then choose the hotel's wifi. Then the Keezel page would bring up a page to let me know I now had to sign into the hotel's wifi, clicked on that and put in that little password the hotel gives you and I'm in.My iPad went through the Keezel and hotel hook up much easier for some reason. I used Safari. On the android phones, one Pixel 2 XL and one Samsung, they were a little more involved but worked. I found on my Pixel that I had to use Chrome to go through the process because Firefox was having problems. On the Samsung, Firefox worked great. Don't understand that, but sometimes the Firefox would throw the "Keezel/" I entered in the URL line into Google search, which does nothing except give you pages of Keezel results.Once I had the connection set up and would leave the hotel and come back, it would look for and connect to the Keezel as soon as I was back in the room. One phone would hook up to the Keezel and motel wifi right away, and the other I had to click on the hotel wifi listed on the Keezel/ page. May be a setting that I have on one phone and not the other. In two weeks I stayed in four different motels. Worked great in all of them. For grins I setup my phone as a hotspot and then had the other phone connect to the Keezel and then to my hotspot. That worked great, too.I purchased a hook up device for motels that only have the RJ45 internet connection. Description of the little adaptor is: "Network Adapter USB 3.0 to Ethernet RJ45 Lan Gigabit Adapter for 10/100/1000 Mbps." This worked great. It has the RJ45 plug in one end and a USB connector in the other end that hooks up to the Keezel. I set it up at home and was connected in no time. I purchased that adaptor because some motels still only have RJ45 connections for internet. One of the ones I stayed in recently had both options.I am happy with this Keezel device and plan on renewing the VPN account on this device when it runs out.

Can't Connect to Any Network after Two Months of Use
The product came in a nice carrying case with a USB cord for charging. The set up is pretty straight forward, and the web interfaces for setting the WiFi login and VPN is simple, but it can be confusing if the initial set up was not successful and need to re-try. It is also easy to set it with hotel Wifi or public Wife that requires login or registration. Once it's set up, it can be accessed with all of my devices, i.e. laptop, iPad, iPhone, at the same time. The VPN did not work well when I was in China. I couldn't get to U.S. VPN locations, so I had to connect to other Asian countries. One of the main reason for getting this device is to use its VPN when in China.UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE:I need to change the review from 4 stars to 1 star after two months of use. Keezel worked fine initially. But now it won't connect to any Wifi, including my home network. I tried to reset the device, but it still won't work. It is frustrating to find a resolution on Keezel website. I would not recommend Keezel.

I enjoyed this product for a short period of time. It was easy to set up and use in theory. However after using this product for a couple of months I have had trouble connecting to the device Every Single Time I used it for the past couple of weeks. It is sooooo frustrating when I need to get things done quickly. Today I spent half an hour trying to connect and ended up quitting for the sake of my sanity. I would not recommend thus product. When it works its great. Shame it doesn't work all the time.

Does a great job!
Ok, so everyone is going to ask: Why do I need this when I can just install VPN software? Well, I'd like to see you install VPN software on an Apple TV, a Roku Device, Amazon Stick, PS4, Xbox etc.......YOU CAN'T. That is where this precious game-changing baby comes to play. It is essentially a pseudo-VPN router that does not require you to install any software on ANY of your devices. This is PERFECT for globetrotters or digital nomads who want to always have a US IP address to enjoy an app like Hulu, Netflix or Playstation vue on your Roku stick!! It weights about 1lb (500grams), and can easily fit in any laptop bag without taking up a lot of space. It is about the size of your palm.Set-up was EASY and straightforward. I was up and running within 15 minutes!I've had this for 1 month and NO ISSUES SO FAR! LOVE IT!!

Thought this would be easy to setup...
This device would not work for my laptop or cell phone. Seems the website used to connect to WiFi will not allow passwords at the time of this review. I am very disappointed this did not work. I even reset the device multiple times and went back through the setup. Still did not connect to WiFi. Works Great, but getting it "there" is a a set of hoop jumping.
Step 1, do the first setup on a Laptop ONLY. Step 2, connect it to your friendly WiFi, let it sit for 30 min, than do a HARD reset to "get" the provided, latest firm ware & system software, as the software does NOT work. I successfully spent 2 weeks in Italy, but I was VPN-ing into New York, NY ....while supporting 2 Windows 10 Phones on the 1 unit.

Slow and unreliable
It gives you an extremely slow connection which will get disconnected very often and is extremely unstable. Couldn't do one worth of work on it.i just hate it and still didnt get a response on my refund request
