Review: Waste of money !!! - Worst product I have ever used. It stopped working properly after just one month. The syncing process is not user-friendly. Every time I want to view the recorded videos, I have to disconnect Apple CarPlay first. This is very inconvenient. Also, the recordings can only be viewed while connected to the vehicle; there is no option to monitor or access them remotely through the app. Overall, the product does not meet expectations and I would not recommend it. Replacement or desertcart service support not available, I've to take it the customer service centre of VW. Worst !!!

Worst product I have ever used. It stopped working properly after just one month. The syncing process is not user-friendly. Every time I want to view the recorded videos, I have to disconnect Apple CarPlay first. This is very inconvenient. Also, the recordings can only be viewed while connected to the vehicle; there is no option to monitor or access them remotely through the app. Overall, the product does not meet expectations and I would not recommend it. Replacement or Amazon service support not available, I've to take it the customer service centre of VW. Worst !!!
