Very hard to cook properly, Turn to mush
Noodles are not as wide as they appear in the picture, and I simply couldn't get them to cook or hydrate properly. No English cooking instructions and many of the individual noodles were broken. I have cooked my share of noodles but these were impossible.Turned to balls of mushy dough.

Photo seems misleading
Photo seems misleading tp me. The noodle is really only a mm thick. In the photo they seem really wide. Their not. And there are no enhlish cooking instructions and amazon did a terrible job packaging.
