ok, the outer plastic does look cheap but, at £12.49 what do you expect?, the heater is a bit noisy but thats down to vibration i think, i placed a tea towel under the heater and the noise level is much lower now, maybe a foam type of mat may help in the noise level. the heater is very very good at what it does, i've just bought another just in case, at the moment its heating my living room and kitchen and its nice and warm at 22c, its hovering around freezing outside so i'm happy with that, its on half setting/half fan speed. yes i would reccomend this item, although it does look a bit cheap in appearence it does the job very well. how long will it last? well, its chinese and £12.49 so i don't expect i would see five years worth of use out of it but, at that price my home is very warm well, downstairs at least even if it lasts six months its good value for the money.

It heat up the room in minutes, niose level is very low and very portable.

Do not buy! Worked well for a while, great as a fan during the summer. But I recently went to use it again (21st November 2025) as a heater and within minutes, the front started melting!! It's just as well I only have a small flat and hadn't gone out and left it unattended. As it was, the smell was horrendous and I had to open all my windows. Not ideal in freezing temperatures. Only a few months old and for this to happen? Disgusting!!

I bought these because they where black normally I would buy the white ones but have found in the past they go yellow over time so it's getting near winter so I bought two And they are great they heat so effeciantly better than any other ones I have purchased before even on the first heat setting will get a room warm just in a few minutes but better the past heaters have always had that fan rattling sound and these don't They are quiet well quieter than previous heaters with no fan rattle just a sooth air sound fantastic Just one little tiny quibble which for the price is nothing is the black finish is mottled not high gloss black but who cares 😁 very happy

Using for almost 2 years now and it’s very good .

Had this for 10 months and last night smelt plastic and front of grill was starting to melt. Nasty smell. Very glad I was in the room end result could have been a nasty toxic fire Had been v v good up to this point. I just hope it’s an isolated duff unit dare not use it anymore would like a refund. How do I go about this?

I have started using it straight away, it is brilliant, I am very happy with it and I will probably purchase another one, it is a compact size, heat output is brilliant, it gives the room a comfortable feel, it is very easy to use and for what it is, it’s very powerful.
